Terms and Conditions
Production
Personalized items setup and editing. Production times will vary based on seasonal changes, stock conditions and changes in order volume. Most personalized items take 2-5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping
In-Stock non-personalized items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. Non -personalized items ordered with personalized items will be held until personalized items are ready to ship. We ship to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Illinois. We materially operate in Illinois only and have no other presence in any other state.
Substitutions
Invitations are never substituted. Favors are never substituted without prior approval. In the case out of stock games and favor accessories (like gift boxes, bows, ribbons, & embellishments) they are made by multiple manufacturers and another manufacturer may be substituted. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value only. Customers may return any substitution at our expense if they do not want to keep the item(s).
Samples
Any item without an order minimum can be ordered as a single. Samples are shipped based on availability. Personalization is not available for samples. Food items are not available as samples.
Return Policy
Non Personalized Items
Non personalized items may be returned in unopen and sellable condition for 30 days from date of receipt. This does not include personal use, food or perishable items. Customer is responsible for return shipping expense. Original shipping is paid to a third party and is not refundable. Returns must be shipped via a trackable method like Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or FedEx. We cannot be refund any return not shipped using a trackable method.
Personalized Items
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned. (see errors and omissions)
Cosmetic and Personal Use Items
Cosmetic and personal use items can only be returned if the delivery is refused and the carton is not opened. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of any cosmetic or personal use item that has been accepted for delivery.
Food and Perishable Items
Food and perishable items can only be returned if the delivery is refused and the carton is not opened. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of any food or perishable item that has been accepted for delivery.
Errors and Omissions
Order errors and omissions made due to our error will be replaced or refunded. Return shipping will be paid or reimbursed at our expense. Errors and omissions made by the customer are the customer's responsibility.
Low Price Guarantee
We'll match the price of any online competitor for any identical item and quantity. Simply give us the name of the website for verification. Please note some prices are based on the quantity purchased so you have to match the quantity to get the price.
Email, Mailing List and Communication
We reserve the right to use phone and email communication to follow up with existing and past customers. We follow the CAN SPAM act and do not send unsolicited emails. By placing an order with us, you agree to be added to our mailing list. However, when you receive our newsletter you will have the opportunity to opt-out of future newsletters. Our newseltter contains tips and useful information plus promotional offers.
