The pacifier necklace game is a fun and traditional way to add fun to any baby shower celebration. Your guests will have fun throughout the entire baby shower as they try to collect the most pacifier necklaces to win a prize.  

Start the game by giving a necklace to each guest as they arrive.  Next set the rules like: no leg crossing, no arm crossing, or don't say "baby".  Each time someone breaks the rule(s) they lose their necklace to the guest that caught them. The person with the most pacifiers at the end of the shower wins!!!
